Stock Under Rs 50: SBI Life-owned small-cap NBFC (non-banking financial company) Paisalo Digital Ltd is planning to raise funds through the issuance of non-convertible debentures (NCDs). The NBFC firm, in its latest filing, said that the Operations and Finance Committee of its Board of Directors will meet on March 11, 2026, and the committee will consider fundraising via private placement.
Meanwhile, the company's stock opened slightly down at Rs 32.95 on the BSE against last day's closing of Rs 33.42 amid a massive sell-off in the domestic stock market after crude prices surged over 25 per cent on escalating war in the Middle East.
Paisalo Digital shares touched an intraday high of Rs 33.76 and a low of Rs 32.25 during the intraday session on NSE. At the time of writing, the stock was trading at Rs 33.04, down Rs 0.40 or 1.20 per cent. Meanwhile, its 52-week high and low values stood at Rs 41.70 and Rs 29.38, respectively.
According to the screener, the company has a market cap of Rs 2,961 crore, and SBI Life Insurance Company held a 6.83 per cent stake in the NBFC firm till December 2025.

BSE Sensex closed at 77,566.16, down 1,352.74 or 1.71 per cent, while Nifty 50 ended the session at 24,028.05, down 422.40 points or 1.73 per cent.
Earlier, in the morning trade, the market dragged over 3 per cent; however, selling pressure eased somewhat in the latter half of the session, allowing the indices to trim part of their losses, with the decline narrowing to around 1.8 per cent by the close.
During the day, 'Sensex' nosedived 2,494 points, or 3.16 per cent, to 76,424.55, while Nifty tumbled 752.65 points, or 3.07 per cent, to 23,697.80 during the session.
From the Sensex basket, UltraTech Cement was the biggest Maruti, Mahindra & Mahindra, State Bank of India, Indigo, and Adani Ports were top losers. On the other hand, Reliance Industries, Sun Pharma, Infosys, and Tech Mahindra traded higher.
