Swiggy Listing Price: Swiggy Shares made a muted debut on stock exchanges on Wednesday. The shares list at Rs 412 per share, up 5.64% against the issue price of Rs 389 on BSE. On NSE Swiggy Share Price started trading at Rs 420, up 7.69 per cent against the swingy's IPO price. The Rs 11,327 initial public offering of Swiggy failed to attract investors in large numbers in contrast to the hype, which was there before the share sale was open. Swiggy IPO received 3.59 times the overall subscription in three days of the bidding period-Noverber 6 to 8. The allotment of shares to successful bidders was finalised on Monday i.e. November 11.
Given the GMP, it was anticipated that the Swiggy ipo may be listed in the discount. But, the shares have made a debut with gains on stock exchanges. However, the listing premium is not high.

The IPO of a food delivery and quick commerce firm got an overall subscription of 3.59 times. Category-wise subscription rate is followed.

Swiggy IPO GMP
On the listing day, the Grey Market Premium Of Swiggy turned flat. According to investorgain.com, the shares of Swiggy were trading with a Rs 0 premium in the unofficial market on Wednesday. Swiggy GMP had never shown a blockbuster listing anticipation as it was either flat or showed minimal gain during the subscription period.
Swiggy IPO Details
The initial public offering of Swiggy was a combination of a fresh issue and an offer for sale. The company has issued 11.54 crore shares worth Rs 4,499 crore and an offer for sale worth Rs 6,828.43 core, aggregating 17.51 crore shares. Swiggy had raised Rs 5,085 crore from anchor investors a day before ipo was opened for subscription. The price range for the IPO was set at Rs Rs 371-390, and investors had to buy a lot of 38 shares, which means a minimum investment of Rs 14,820 was required to place s bid.
