Trump Residence In Gurugram: Smartworld Developers and Tribeca Developers' Trump Residences in Gurugram sold out on the very first day of launch, resulting in allotments of Rs 3,250 crore. In a statement released on May 13, Smartworld Developers stated that all four of the project's ultra-premium penthouses, which are valued at Rs 125 crore, had been fully allocated.
Only City After New York To Have Two Trump Towers
As the only city outside of New York to have two Trump Towers, the project is the second Trump-branded residential development in Gurugram and the sixth in India. The Trump Residences, which will be situated in Sector 69, will have two 51-story towers with 298 opulent apartments totalling 12 lakh square feet of saleable space.

Last month, Tribeca Developers, the Trump Organisation's India partner, and Smartworld Developers, based in Gurgaon, announced the opening of a second ultra-luxury residential project in Gurugram bearing the Trump name.
Price Range: Rs 8 Crore To Rs 15 Crore
The development's 298 residences, which ranged in price from Rs 8 crore to Rs 15 crore each, were fully occupied on the day of the launch, demonstrating the high demand for upscale, branded living in India. Two 51-story towers make up this partnership between Smartworld, Tribeca, and The Trump Organisation. Tribeca will be in charge of design, marketing, sales, and quality assurance, while Smartworld will be in charge of development, construction, and customer service.

Second Project In Gurugram
This project is the second residential development in North India to bear the Trump name. According to a statement from the company, the first, Trump Towers Delhi NCR, which was introduced in Gurugram in 2018 and is likewise completely sold out, will be delivered later this month.
