Pakistan Women suffered a new low in T20I cricket on Saturday, September 5, as India’s bowlers bowled them out for just 55 runs in their Women’s Asia Cup match.

The 55-run total is now Pakistan’s lowest-ever score in Women’s T20Is. Their previous lowest total was 56, which came against New Zealand in 2024 at the same venue.

Sree Charani was the pick of the Indian bowlers, finishing with excellent figures of 3/7. She received strong support from fellow spinners Deepti Sharma and Prema Rawat, who kept the Pakistan batters under pressure throughout the innings.

Pakistan were eventually bowled out in 18.1 overs, ending a difficult batting display against India’s spin attack.
