AUS-W vs PAK-W Women's ODI World Cup 2025: Australia's star batter Beth Mooney's brilliant hundred and Kim Garth's bowling prowess helped the reigning champions defeat Pakistan by 107 runs during their World Cup match on Wednesday. Post tottering at 76/7, Mooney helped the Alyssa Healy-led side bounce back by building a 106-run partnership for the ninth wicket with Alana King, and had posted a target of 221/9.

Nashra Sandhu was the pick among the Pakistani bowlers as she registered figures of 3/37.

While the Women in Green were bundled out for 114 runs, where Kim Garth and Megan Schutt rattled their batting lineup.

SidraAmin was the only Pakistani batter who tried to put up a fight as the other batters failed to do much.

With this win, the Alyssa Healy-led side have become the table toppers and have scored after playing in three matches and at a brilliant NRR of 1.960, whereas Pakistan have lost their third straight match.

Australia will lock horns with India during their next match later this week, and Pakistan will face England next week.
