WPL 2025: Hardik Pandya, who is the captain of the Mumbai Indians men's team was seen greeting the skipper of the women's team Harmanpreet Kaur as she gears up for the summit clash against Delhi Capitals, which will be held on Saturday. Both the skippers met at the Brabourne stadium in Mumbai, just a few minutes after the hosts defeated Gujarat Giants by 47 runs during the Eliminator on Thursday.

Hardik Pandya along with Kieron Pollard attended the match and was seen supporting the Harmanpreet Kaur-led side in the high-octane clash. With this win, Mumbai Indians reached the summit clash, where they will lock horns with Delhi Capitals. Post the match, Pandya was seen meeting Harmanpreet Kaur beyond the boundary lines and both the skippers were seen sharing a light-hearted moment and also posed for pictures.

At the same time, the Hardik Pandya-led side has already started their preparation for the upcoming season of the IPL. They had a forgetful campaign last year and will aim to bounce back this time under Pandya's captaincy.

Hardik himself will try to make a comeback after suffering a lean patch in IPL 2024, as he was hugely slammed for the team's woeful campaign. But his recent white-ball success during the 2024 T20 World Cup and the Champions Trophy has proved his naysayers wrong.
