India vs Australia, World Cup 2023 Final: The ODI World Cup 2023 final is set to witness something special as all the previous winning captains will be honored at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on Sunday, November 19.
As cricket's biggest extravaganza comes to its business end, India and Australia will be up against each other in the summit clash.
In a special arrangement planned by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) and ICC (International Cricket Council), World Cup-winning captains will be honored and facilitated with a special blazer in Ahmedabad on Sunday. The facilitation will take place after the end of the first innings in the 2023 World Cup final.

The likes of MS Dhoni, Kapil Dev, Ricky Ponting, Clive Lloyd, Allan Border, Eoin Morgan, and Arjuna Ranatunga will be presented with special blazers at the event in Ahmedabad.
The special ceremony will also feature a short glimpse of the respective captains guiding their sides to World Cup glory followed by a short question-answer session as well.
Rohit Sharma-led Indian team has been in magnificent form in the tournament so far, having won nine out of nine matches to top the league stage.
They defeated New Zealand by 70 runs in the first semi-final at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai to make it to their fourth final.
On the other hand, Australia bounced back with eight straight wins and qualified for their record-eighth final and they will be eyeing their sixth World Cup title.
Earlier in the tournament, India kicked off their campaign with a six-wicket victory over the Pat Cummins-led side at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai.
The iconic Narendra Modi Stadium will also be staging special performances from some renowned personalities during the closing ceremony before fans and spectators get to witness a perfect and thrilling battle between bat and ball.
