India vs Pakistan Yesterday Match: As India secured a commanding win over Pakistan in the Super Four Asia Cup match on Sunday, there was attention on the post-match proceedings involving both sides at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium. After Team India captain Suryakumar Yadav and management snubbed their Pakistani counterpart of the 'customary' handshakes post group stage match, fans wanted to see if the same would be repeated again or not.
Interestingly, both teams maintained the status quo and did not go for a handshake. However, India's head coach Gautam Gambhir, was caught on camera telling his players, “Are umpire se to mil le”. Ever since Gambhir's clip surfaced on social media, it got viral instantly.

While the group stage fixture was one-sided, with a 7-wicket win for India, Pakistan posed a significant threat with the bat in the first innings during the Super Fours clash. Sahibzada Farhan's composed 58-run knock, riddled with luck, and Faheem Ashraf's quick-fire cameo of 20* off eight deliveries propelled Pakistan to 171/5, the highest they have managed against India in T20Is while batting first.
