India vs Australia 4th T20I Match: India posted a challenging total of 167/8 in their 20 overs against Australia in the fourth T20I match at the Carrara Oval in Queensland on Thursday. Axar Patel smashed a boundary and a six in the last over, but Marcus Stoinis did well to keep him away from strike in the next few balls.

Axar remained unbeaten on 21 runs, which he scored in 11 balls on the back of a four and a six. Shubman Gill was the top run-getter with a 46-run contribution in 39 balls, hitting four boundaries and a six. Abhishek Sharma (28), Shivam Dube (22), and skipper Suryakumar Yadav got starts, but none of them managed to convert them into big ones. Australia bounced back brilliantly, thanks to some quick wickets with the help of an impressive death bowling.

India were off to a promising start after being put into bat first as Abhishek Sharma and Shubman Gill stitched a 56-run opening stand.
