Gujarat Titans pacer Mohit Sharma had a forgettable night during the match against Delhi Capitals at Arun Jaitley Stadium in New Delhi on Wednesday as he returned with the most expensive spell in the IPL history.
The pacer leaked 73 runs in four overs without a wicket after DC skipper Rishabh Pant slammed four sixes and a four in the last over of the innings to accumulate 31 runs from the over.
Before bowling the last over of his spell, Mohit conceded 42 runs in his three overs. The pacer known for his death bowling skills was off-colour in the match.
