NZ vs WI 1st Test: Till tea, the West Indies had scored 399/6 and needed 132 runs more to win this match with 4 wickets remaining, and are on the verge of scripting history. Greaves had scored an unbeaten knock of 157 runs, and Kemar Roach had smashed a half-century, and it was the highest Test score for both these players.
While chasing a mammoth target of 531 runs, which is 113 more runs than the current record of a successful fourth innings chase, the visitors were reeling at 72/4.
But the hosts were already grappling with injuries to players like Matt Henry and Nathan Smith, and that left their fast bowling attack to just Jacob Duffy and Zak Foulkes.

Both these players are playing in just their second Test.
The flat surface couldn't help the spinners much as Greaves and Hope turned the tide in the visitors' favour by stitching a partnership of 196 runs for the fifth wicket.
After Hope was dismissed for 140 runs and then Tevin Imlach got out after scoring just four runs, the visitors were tottering at 277/6.
Duffy dismissed Hope as wicketkeeper Tom Latham took the catch, and Foulkes then dismissed Imlach by lbw.
Roach and Greave then built a partnership of 122 runs for the seventh wicket.
Roach was dropped after he had scored 30 and 47 runs and also survived a run-out as the fielder threw the ball wide of the stumps.
Duffy had registered figures of 3/97 for the host as he also took a five-for in the first innings.
