IND vs PAK Asia Cup 2025 Super 4: The Pakistan Cricket Board has filed a complaint to the ICC against India T20I skipper Suryakumar Yadav for showing solidarity towards the Pahalgam terror attack victims and for dedicating that win to the Indian Army, who had carried out the Operation Sindoor. He made these comments after they had won the group stage match against arch-rivals Pakistan earlier this month.

The PCB said that the statements made by Surya were political.

Although there's no clarity as to when the PCB filed the complaint, as it must happen within the week of the statement.

According to reports, ICC match referee Richie Richardson asked for an explanation from Surya about his statements that he made in the post-match presentation and press conference.

As per Dainik Jagran, after the reports and evidence were reviewed, Richardson revealed that Surya's comments had ruined the sport's image and thus built the charges against him.

If the India skipper doesn't accept these charges, then an official hearing will be held, which will be attended by Richardson, Suryakumar, and a PC representative.

Naqvi Posts Cryptic CR7 Video

At the same time, PCB chairman Mohsin Naqvi took to his official X account and shared a slow-motion video of Cristiano Ronaldo.

During that video, Ronaldo is seen making a gesture of the aircraft going down, and it's the same action that Raud in the Super clash against arch-rivals India.

Naqvi is also Pakistan's Interior Minister and has often made provocative statements against India. During that video, Ronaldo explained how his direct free kick helped him score the goal.

It remains to be seen whether the Men in Blue will share a room with the ACC chairman. Both ICC and BCCI haven't ignored this issue.
