WPL 2026 Points Table: Royal Challengers Bengaluru have become the first team to reach the playoffs after they thrashed Gujarat Giants by 61 runs. Giants had a flying start while bowling first as they took quick wickets, but failed to stop RCB's Gautami Naik, who had smashed a match-winning knock of 73 runs, and also got assistance from Richa Ghosh and Radha Yadav, and helped the team post a target of 178 runs.

Gujarat had a shaky start while chasing as they lost three wickets in quick succession, as they were reeling at 5/3, where star batters were dismissed quickly. Ash Gardner played the role of a lone warrior as she had scored a gritty knock of 54 runs, but didn't find any assistance from the other batters as they were 117/8 after 20 overs. Sayali Satghare was the pick among the RCB bowlers, taking three wickets.

The Smriti Mandhana-led side is currently the table toppers. Teams like the Mumbai Indians, UP Warriorz, and Gujarat Giants have lost three matches and scored 4 points, as the race to the playoffs has intensified with three spots remaining. MI does have an upper edge over the other three teams owing to NRR, whereas the Delhi Capitals are lying at the last position with just two points after playing in four matches.

As far as the Orange and Purple Cap are concerned, UP Warriorz Phoebe Litchfield is the highest run-scorer, whereas RCB’s Nadine de Klerk has taken 10 wickets. MI skipper Harmanpreet Kaur is behind Litchfield as she has scored 199 runs, and then UPW's Meg Lanning has scored 193 runs. RCB’s Mandhana and GG’s Gardner are lying in 4th and 5th position after scoring 192 and 191 runs.

As far as the wicket-taking list is concerned, MI's Amelia Kerr has taken 10 wickets too. RCB’s Lauren Bell is lying in third position after taking 9 wickets, whereas DC’s Nandni Sharma and GG’s Sophie Devine are lying at the 4th and 5th positions after taking nine wickets.
