Mumbai vs Jammu And Kashmir, Ranji Trophy 2025: Star sibling Cricketers Sarfaraz Khan and Musheer Khan featured together in the first round match of the Ranji Trophy for Mumbai as they faced Jammu and Kashmir starting on Wednesday. However, a blunder by BCCI scorers during the match left fans confused. It all happened at the Sher-i-Kashmir stadium in Srinagar when the scorers mixed up the names of the siblings - Sarfaraz and Musheer, as Mumbai were invited to bat first after J&K won the toss.
Notably, Musheer opened the batting with Ayush Mhatre and got out on a duck against pacer Aquib Nabi. However, the scorers displayed Sarfaraz as the batter dismissed, who was yet to bat.

Sensing their error, BCCI rectified it and wrote that it was indeed Musheer, who was dismissed on the third ball of the match.
Sarfaraz walked in to bat at number five and scored a 48-ball 42, which featured 6 boundaries and one maximum. The 27-year-old, who is vying for a comeback in the Indian Test team, got out courtesy of a run-out inflicted by J&K captain Paras Dogra.
Veteran Indian batter Ajinkya Rahane fell for a 66-ball 27 as his wicket was the third one to fall.
