SRH vs RR Live Score, IPL 2024: Sunrisers Hyderabad captain Pat Cummins has won the toss and opted to bat first against Rajasthan Royals in IPL 2024 match at Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad on Thursday.
The home skipper backed their strength and opted to bat against table toppers Rajasthan.
"We are gonna have a bat. The games we have won, we batted first. That's probably our strength. Looks like a good wicket," Cummins said at the toss.
On the other hand, Rajasthan Royals captain Sanju Samson expressed his desire to bat first if the toss was in their favour.
"We also wanted to bat looking at the conditions. It does suit the team, we have done both well this season. The momentum is the key in this tournament. Lot of things have been working well. To recognise what is working well, we just want to stick with that," he said.
