Virat Kohli Fitness Test in England: In a rare move, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) reportedly made a special exception for the batting mogul Virat Kohli, allowing the senior batter to take the mandatory fitness test in London.

Notably, the rest of the squad underwent testing at the BCCI Centre of Excellence in Bengaluru.

According to Dainik Jagran's senior journalist Abhishek Tripathi, many Indian cricket team players have completed their fitness assessments ahead of a busy international schedule.

Kohli's fitness test was conducted in England, whereas Rohit Sharma, Shubman Gill, Jasprit Bumrah, Mohammad Siraj, and others underwent the test at the Centre of Excellence in Bengaluru on August 29.
