JE Sports Desk: India's star batter Virat Kohli is working hard both on and off the field before he steps onto the ground for the first Test against West Indies in Dominica on July 12.
Kohli is seen leaving no stone unturned in order to find his rhythm back with the bat, especially in the longer format where he would be looking to get some crucial runs and contribute to the win in the two-match series against the men in Maroon.
It now has become a usual thing to see the former Indian captain spending quality time in the gym, ensuring his body is in good shape.
Kohli on Saturday posted an inspiring post about working out, showing everyone how important a leg day should and could be as he looks fit and fine as always when it comes to his body shape.

"Every day should be a leg day. 8 years and counting," Virat captioned the post on Instagram.
Fans were left impressed watching Virat's dedication and passion to remain a top-level athlete even at this age when he is considered to be in his last few cricketing days. The post collected lakhs of 'Likes' on Instagram with the likes of teammate Yuzvendra Chahal, wife Anushka Sharma, and many more.
There was one more special 'Like' that Kohli received on this post, that was from 23-time Grand Slam winner Novak Djokovic. The tennis star is one of the biggest admirers of Kohli.
Djokovic himself has been a fitness freak throughout his career and is often seen as very conscious about his body and fitness. He credited his injury-free body for still being able to perform at the top level after his third-round win at the ongoing Wimbledon 2023.
India's series against West Indies will be their first assignment after the disappointing loss in the World Test Championship (WTC) against Australia last month where Virat had another disappointing outing with the bat.
The 34-year-old will be looking to make a strong comeback and get the best out of himself in order to display an improved contender ship for the next edition as the men in Blue kick off their campaign in the next WTC cycle as well.
After the Test series, both teams will lock horns in the three-match ODI series followed by a full-fledged T2OI series of five fixtures.
