Among the worst-affected areas, Anand Vihar recorded an AQI of 416, Vivek Vihar 411, and Wazirpur 404, all falling in the severe category. Meanwhile, the Delhi government will begin strict enforcement of the “No PUC, No Fuel” rule from December 18 as part of a multi-pronged strategy to tackle the worsening air pollution in the city.
