In celebration of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s birthday, a large-scale medical and service camp will be held on Wednesday at the Luv Kush Ramlila venue on the Red Fort grounds, aimed at bringing relief and support to the needy.

During the event, 1,250 persons with disabilities will receive free artificial limbs, while over 2,000 women will be provided sarees, and more than 550 students will get free school bags. Additionally, over 200 units of blood are expected to be donated.

The camp will be specially attended by former Union Minister Smriti Irani and Chandni Chowk MP Praveen Khandelwal. Arjun Kumar, president of the Luv Kush Ramlila Committee, said that with support from the central and Delhi governments, motorised tricycles and wheelchairs will be distributed to persons with disabilities.

In collaboration with Tara Netralaya, the camp will also offer free eye examinations, cataract operations, and prescription glasses, while hearing aids will be provided to those in need.
