Here, people are sleeping an average of 7.5 hours every night, which is marginally more than the rest of the countries in the world, according to the statistics by The World Economic Forum. This is because of the nation’s outdoor culture, comparatively less stressful workplaces, and quality living, which all lead to quality of sleep.
