Expert-Designed Content and Teacher Training:

The coaching program is built on high-quality study material specially developed by expert faculty, tailored to meet the demands of the JEE and NEET exams. To maintain uniform teaching standards across all colleges, junior lecturers have undergone specialized training to deliver the content effectively.

In addition to academic instruction, students will undergo weekly tests, progress reviews, and performance tracking to ensure consistent growth and readiness. The emphasis on continuous evaluation is designed to keep students aligned with national competitive standards.

Lokesh described the initiative as the "first of its kind" in the state, stressing that it empowers students from remote and disadvantaged areas to compete with peers from elite institutions. “With the right support and guidance, every student in Andhra can now dream of IITs and AIIMS,” he added.

The state’s proactive approach reflects a broader vision to transform public education into a platform of opportunity, bridging the rural-urban and economic divide through targeted academic empowerment.
