AP POLYCET Exam 2024: The Andhra Pradesh State Board of Technical Education and Training will hold the Polytechnic Common Entrance Test (AP POLYCET 2024) today, April 27. Those who are registered for the exam must bring their AP POLYCET hall ticket 2024 to the examination centre. The state-level entrance exam is held for individuals pursuing admission to engineering and non-engineering diploma programs.
The AP POLYCET 2024 exam will begin at 11 a.m. and end at 1 p.m. The exam will be administered in 500 examination centres across 65 cities in all 26 districts of Andhra Pradesh.
The AP POLYCET hall ticket 2024 can be downloaded from the official website, appolycet.nic.in. Candidates must check that the data and photo on the hall ticket are correct. The board stated that any interference with the hall ticket would result in the disqualification of the candidate. According to the timetable, the AP POLYCET results will be revealed on May 13.
AP POLYCET 2024: Exam Pattern
The polytechnic admission exam will last two hours and include questions from the Andhra Pradesh State Board's Class 10 syllabus in mathematics, physics, and chemistry. The AP POLYCET question paper will consist of 120 multiple-choice questions (MCQs), each worth one mark.
Mathematics: 50
Chemistry: 30
Physics: 40
AP POLYCET 2024: Important points to know
- Applicants are not permitted to bring logarithmic tables, calculators, pagers, mobile phones, or other electronic devices to the examination hall. Those discovered utilizing unfair means will be dismissed.
- The invigilators will hand out specially developed Optical Mark Reader (OMR) response sheets to the applicants. Answers should be marked solely on the answer sheet supplied by the exam centre official.
- Pupils must mark the right answer on the OMR response sheet by shading in the appropriate circle using a 2B pencil only. They should not use a ballpoint pen to obscure the correct replies.
