Bihar Police Constable Exam 2023: The Bihar Police Constable Recruitment examination, scheduled to be conducted by the Central Selection Board on October 1, 7, and 15, 2023, faced significant issues during its first session. During the October 1 examination, held across 529 centers in 37 districts of the state, a large number of candidates were caught cheating in both morning and afternoon shifts. Many candidates were arrested for using electronic devices in the examination hall.
Following reports of irregularities in the examination, the Central Selection Board has officially canceled the examination that was held on October 1, 2023. This decision has been communicated to the public through an official notification issued by the board.

“There were complaints of using electronic devices and other fraudulent methods by the candidates at certain centers. As a result, the exam has been postponed until further notice. The individuals who were caught cheating were arrested on the spot,” a CSBC statement said.
The Central Selection Board of Constable has also decided to postpone the Bihar Police Constable examinations to be held on October 7 and 15, 2023, till further orders. According to the notification, the new exam date for all shifts for the Bihar Police Constable Recruitment Examination will be announced soon. Candidates are advised to keep checking the official website for the latest updates. The new exam dates and other details regarding the examination will be released soon at csbc.bih.nic.in.
This recruitment drive will fill up a total of 21391 vacant seats in the Bihar Police Constable posts. The recruitment selection process includes a written examination candidates who clear the written examination will have to appear in the Physical Standard Test, Physical Endurance Test, Medical Exam, and Documents Verification Process.
