JE Education Desk: Central Selection Board of Constable (CSBC) on Tuesday started the application process for the Constable posts in Bihar Police, Bihar Special Armed Police, and other units. Eligible and interested candidates can apply at– csbc.bih.nic.in.

This recruitment drive will fill up a total of 21,391 vacant posts of Police Constable in the department. To apply for this post General, OBC, EWS, and other states category candidates will have to pay Rs 675 as an application fee. While for SC, and ST categories it will be Rs 180. To be eligible for the posts candidates must have qualified the 10+2 examination or its equivalent.

Bihar Police Constable Vacancy 2023: Selection Process

The selection process for Bihar Police Constable will consist of a written test and a physical efficiency/eligibility test. The written exam will comprise 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) carrying 100 marks, and candidates will be given a time limit of 2 hours to complete the question paper. The MCQs in the question paper will cover subjects such as Hindi, English, Mathematics, Social Science, Science, and General Awareness. To pass the written examination, candidates must secure a minimum of 30 percent marks.
