BPSC TRE-4 Demands: AIMIM State President and MLA Akhtarul Iman has officially written a letter to Bihar's Education Minister regarding critical teacher recruitment and posting issues. Speaking at a press conference in Kishanganj, he highlighted the growing dissatisfaction among thousands of job aspirants and working educators across the state.
He urged the government to rectify key placement anomalies in the upcoming recruitment drive. Accompanied by Kochadhaman MLA Sarwar Alam and party officials, Iman called for immediate policy re-evaluations to ensure fairness for language teachers and differently-abled staff.
Demand for Arabic and Persian Posts in BPSC TRE-4
Welcoming the BPSC TRE-4 recruitment drive, Akhtarul Iman pointed out that Arabic and Persian subject positions were omitted, unlike in TRE-3. He urged the department to immediately include these posts to resolve widespread candidate dissatisfaction.
Reconsideration of Urdu Teacher Transfers
The MLA criticised the transfer policy, declaring Urdu teachers "surplus" even in schools with 200–250 Urdu-speaking students. Reminding the minister of the policy requiring an Urdu teacher per 10 students, he requested an immediate review of these orders.
Relief and Home-Block Posting for Divyang Teachers
Highlighting the physical hardships faced by differently-abled educators, Iman appealed for their placement in home blocks or neighboring panchayats. This step, he emphasized, would significantly ease their daily commute and duty performance.
