CBSE Board Class 12 Biology Sample Paper 2024: The CBSE Board Class 12 Biology paper is scheduled to be held on March 19, 2024. CBSE Class 10, 12 board exams 2024 started on February 15, 2024, and will end on April 2, 2024. Here, candidates can check the CBSE Board Class 12 Biology sample paper 2024 and the marking scheme. Practicing the CBSE Class 12 Biology sample paper for 2023-24 can give students a clear understanding of the exam pattern, types of questions, possible responses, and more. This sample paper reflects the format of the actual class 12 Biology question paper. By practicing through this sample paper, students can familiarise themselves with the types of questions and the marking scheme used by the board.
According to the CBSE Class 12 Biology sample paper, the question paper consists of five sections with a total of 33 questions, all of which are compulsory. Section A comprises 16 questions, each carrying 1 mark; Section B contains 5 questions, each worth 2 marks; Section C includes 7 questions, each valued at 3 marks; Section D presents 2 case-based questions, each with 4 marks; and Section E contains 3 questions, each carrying 5 marks. There is no overall choice provided in the paper. However, internal choices are available in some questions, where students must attempt only one of the alternatives. Moreover, when required, students should ensure neat and properly labeled diagrams are included.
