CBSE Class 12 Board Exams: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has launched a platform where schools can input internal marks received by Class 12 students. The official gateway for filing practical test marks for the CBSE Class 12 board exam 2025 will be open until February 14.

The CBSE board test 2025 will begin on February 15 for both classes, with Class 10 theory exams ending on March 18 and Class 12 on April 4, according to the date sheet.

CBSE schools began administering board practical exams on January 1 and submitting students' practical, project, and internal assessment (IA) scores. “In continuation of the same, the portal for uploading of Internal Grades will remain active w.e.f. 15th January, 2025 to 14th February, 2025 for Uploading the Internal Grades of Class XII candidates,” the CBSE circular read.

The board asked schools to thoroughly review the data before uploading the marks to ensure "the correctness of Internal Grades being uploaded". The CBSE board stressed that the schools must verify that the marks granted and uploaded are consistent, as there will be no ability to modify the data supplied.

While releasing the criteria for the CBSE practical exams, the board requested that schools upload the practical, project, and IA marks every day, on the day of evaluation.

Schools have also been instructed to examine the maximum marks awarded to practicals and IA before assigning grades. “While uploading the marks, the school, the Internal Examiner and the External Examiner shall ensure that correct marks are uploaded as no correction in the marks will be allowed once marks are uploaded,” it said.
