SBI PO Recruitment 2024: The State Bank of India (SBI) decided to extend the registration date for the Probationary Officer (PO) 2024 recruitment examination. Those who are eligible can now fill out the SBI PO application form until January 19 on SBI's official website, sbi.co.in.
Previously, the last day to sign up for the SBI PO 2025 exam was January 16, 2025. According to the official timetable, the deadline to update the SBI PO 2025 application form and make payment for the SBI PO 2025 registration is January 19, 2025.
The SBI PO 2024 preliminary test is set to take place between March 8 and 15. The SBI PO admit card for the preliminary test will be issued in the third or fourth week of February 2025. The SBI PO 2024 Main exam will take place in April or May 2025.
The SBI recruiting drive intends to fill 600 probationary officer posts. There are 240 openings for Unreserved (UR), 158 for Other Backward Classes (OBC), 87 for Scheduled Castes (SC), 57 for Scheduled Tribes (ST), and 58 for Economically Weaker Sections.
The SBI PO 2024 preliminary exam will consist of 100 questions divided into three sections: English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning Ability. The exam will last 1 hour. The ultimate selection of applicants will be based on their performance in the preliminary, main, psychometric examinations, group exercises, and interviews.
How to apply for SBI PO Recruitment 2024?
Step 1: Visit the official website of SBI at sbi.gov.in.'
Step 2: Now, open the careers portal and then go to the ‘Join SBI’, open the ‘Current Openings’ section and then click on the Probationary Officers recruitment page.
Step 3: After this, click on the apply online link and then on the new registration.
Step 4: Next, finish the registration procedure to get the login credentials.
Step 5: Log in to the account, fill out the application form, upload the documents and then make the payment.
Step 6: Once all the formalities are done, submit the form and save a copy for later reference.
