AIIMS CRE: The Common Recruitment Exam (CRE), which is set for December 18 and 20, has been announced by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS). On December 12th, the Computer-Based Test (CBT) Admit Card will be released. Thirty-three non-faculty Group B and Group C positions, comprising administrative officers, junior engineers, technicians, operators, health educators, and laundry assistants, among others, will be filled through this recruiting campaign. AIIMS CRE Exam Pattern

There are three levels to the selection procedure for this AIIMS exam for non-faculty employment. Following the written CBT, candidates who meet the requirements of the post they are applying for will proceed to a skill test, document verification (DV), and medical examination. There are two sections to the computer-based test: General and Domain Specific.

- General section: The forty multiple-choice questions in this section are divided into ten categories: general intelligence and reasoning, general awareness and computer knowledge, quantitative aptitude, and English/Hindi language and comprehension. This section will take 45 minutes, and 40 total points will be awarded.

- Domain-Specific section: There will be forty multiple-choice questions in this section, and you have 45 minutes to finish them. This segment received a total score of 40. The AIIMS CRE CBT consists of 80 multiple-choice questions (MCQs), 80 total points, and 90 minutes. Every question will carry one mark, and incorrect responses will not result in a deduction of marks.

AIIMS CRE General Section Syllabus

- General Intelligence and Reasoning: There are many different themes covered by the questions in this part, which come in both verbal and non-verbal categories. Decision-making, visual memory, observation, and relationship concepts are a few of them. Comparing and contrasting, utilizing analogies and figural classification, Venn Diagrams, arithmetic number series, nonverbal series, coding and decoding, statement conclusion, syllogistic reasoning, space visualization and spatial orientation are some examples of problem-solving analysis and judgment.

- General Awareness & Knowledge of Computers: This segment's questions assess the candidate's general environmental awareness as well as their basic computing expertise. Internet, memory, keyboard shortcuts, Microsoft Office, computer acronyms, computer hardware, computer software, computer fundamentals/terminologies, networking, and number systems are among the subjects covered.

- Quantitative Aptitude: This section covers the following topics: simple interest and compound interest, surds and indexes, profit and loss, mixtures and allegations, labour and duration, Distance and time, Mensuration: Permutation, Combination, Probability, Number Systems, Ratio & Proportion, Percentage, Cylinder, Cone, and Sphere.

- English/Hindi Language and Comprehension: Cloze tests, reading comprehension, error detection, sentence improvement, sentence correction, para jumbles, fill in the blanks, and para/sentence completion are among the subjects covered in the language area.

AIIMS CRE Domain Specific Section Syllabus

The curriculum for that particular portion will be based on the educational background and experience (required or preferred) specified in the advertisement, if relevant.
