DU UG Special Spot Admission Round 2023: The University of Delhi has announced a special round of admission for undergraduate students at a few colleges and universities that have been shortlisted. The DU special spot round will be open to applicants who have registered on the DU CSAS website, admission.uod.ac.in, but have not yet received seat assignments.

On September 18 at 5:00 PM, the university will publish the DU open seats for the special round. The DU vacant seats list will show all programs in as many institutions as are available to eligible candidates.

According to the university, the distribution of DU seats will be based on the number of seats available, program-specific merit, order of choice for colleges (program + colleges), and category.

DU UG Special Spot Admission 2023: Eligibility Criteria

The 'Special Spot Admission' option must be chosen on the CSAS dashboard by candidates who meet the eligibility requirements.

- Candidates who submitted for DU CSAS admission 2023 but had not yet received a college assignment on the date the special spot admission round was announced are eligible to participate.

- The admitted candidates will not be permitted to revoke their admissions following the announcement of the special spot admission round.

- Participants will be those who received a seat in DU spot rounds 1 and 2.

DU UG Special Spot Admission: Schedule

- DU vacant seats: September 18 at 5 PM

- Application date: From September 18 at 5 PM to September 20 up to 4.59 PM

- Declaration of Special Spot Allocation: September 21 at 10 AM

- Candidates to “Accept” the Allocated seat: September 21 at 10 AM to September 22 up to 4.59 PM

- Colleges to Verify and Approve the online applications: September 21 at 10 AM to September 23 up to 4.59 PM

- Last date of online payment of admission fees by the candidates: September 24 up to 4.59 PM
