ICAI CA May 2025 Results: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has officially declared the results for the CA Final and Intermediate May 2025 session on its website . Alongside the result, ICAI also announced the All India Rank (AIR) holders. Rajan Kabra emerged as the All India Topper in the CA Final exam, followed by Nishitha Bothra at AIR 2 and Manav Rakesh Shah at AIR 3.
This year’s CA result announcement has brought joy and pride to thousands of students and families across the country. A total of 14,247 candidates have become Chartered Accountants, a significant achievement in the ever-demanding profession of accountancy. ICAI has published all details and scorecards on their official portal, and the pass certificates will be issued within 60 days.

A total of 66,943 candidates appeared for Group 1, out of which 14,979 passed (22.38%). In Group 2, 46,173 appeared and 12,204 (26.43%) cleared. Among 29,286 students who attempted both groups, only 5,490 passed (18.75%).
