ICAI CA May 2025 Results: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) is poised to release the highly anticipated results for the Chartered Accountancy (CA) examinations conducted in May 2025. Aspiring CAs across the nation are keenly awaiting this declaration, which is expected to take place in July. This May session was particularly significant as ICAI conducted all three crucial stages of the examination—Foundation, Intermediate, and Final—in a phased manner. The rigorous schedule commenced with the CA Final on May 2nd, followed by the CA Intermediate on May 3rd, and the CA Foundation from May 15th onwards. The results for the International Taxation-Assessment Test (INT–AT) are also expected concurrently in July 2025.
A notable and historic change implemented this year is the inclusion of the CA Foundation exam in the May examination phase, a departure from its traditional schedule. Previously, the Foundation test was not held in May until 2024. However, starting May 2025, ICAI modified its schedule to conduct the Foundation exam thrice annually, a landmark decision aimed at providing more opportunities to students. This progressive shift was initially announced via an ICAI press release on May 8, 2024, which stated that "Intermediate & Foundation course examinations will now be held thrice annually in January, May/June, and September, as opposed to the previous schedule of twice a year."
Expected Release Date for CA May 2025 Results:
Based on historical trends and recent statements from ICAI officials, candidates can expect the results for the CA May 2025 examinations to be declared in the first or second week of July. Last year, the CA May 2024 examination results were declared on July 11, 2024.
Furthermore, Dhiraj Khandelwal, former CCM, Chairman CMI&B, Chairman, MSME & Startup of ICAI (2021-2025), indicated via his 'X' account that "For those asking about the May 25 exam results, please note that, based on past experience, the results may be announced in the first week of July — tentatively around July 3rd or 4th." This suggests an early July release is highly probable.

For May 2025, the pass rate is anticipated to stay within the 15 to 20 percent range, although exact numbers will only be confirmed post-official announcement.

Navigate to Results Section: On the homepage, look for the 'Results' tab or section.
Select 'Final' or 'Inter' or 'Foundation': Click on the link corresponding to the exam stage you appeared for (e.g., ‘Final’ or ‘Intermediate’ or ‘Foundation’) for the May 2025 announced date.
Enter Credentials: Provide your 6-digit roll number.
Enter Registration Number: Further provide your ICAI Registration number.
Complete Captcha and Submit: Enter the security captcha displayed on the screen and finally click on ‘Submit’ to view your results.
