Revised School Holiday: The persistent cold in Indore district is causing great distress to the general public. Temperatures are reaching around 6 degrees, causing significant inconvenience to children going to school in the morning. Now, all government and private schools in the district will be able to start only after 9 AM. Collector Shivam Verma has instructed the District Education Officer (DEO) to change the school timings. The order will be implemented in schools from Tuesday.
The cold weather is continuing in November, and an alert has been issued for a drop in temperature and a cold wave. Children going to school at 7 AM. are facing the cold. Considering the children's problems, Collector Shivam Verma has ordered changes in school timings. The morning shift is being extended by two hours.
Changes In School Timings in Bhopal:
As per Official Notification ,Classes from 1 to 8 grade will begin after 8:30 am. This order applies to all government, private, central, Jawahar Navodaya, CBSE, and ICSE schools. The District Education Officer issued the order. The decision was taken in view of the cold weather. Starting tomorrow, November 18th, all schools will open after 8:30 AM.
