IOCL Recruitment 2023: Selection Process
The selection will be based on the candidate's performance in the online test and meeting the stated eligibility conditions. The online test will consist of Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) with four possibilities and one right answer.

Step 1: Visit the official website of IOCL at iocl.com.
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the career tab and then on the link that reads, "Engagement of Apprentices vide Advertisement No. IOCL/MKTG/APPR/2023-24."
Step 3: A new page will appear on the screen.
Step 4: After this, candidates can proceed further and register themselves.
Step 5: Submit the application form and take a printout for further reference.
