JEE Main 2025: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced that the last date to apply for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main) 2025 will be November 22. Candidates are advised to register and submit their application forms before this date, as there will be no extension of the deadline.

For candidates who apply before the deadline, a correction window will be available from November 26 to 27. This allows applicants to make necessary changes to their submitted forms.

However, certain fields in the application form cannot be edited during the correction window. Candidates cannot modify the following details:

- Mobile number
- Email address
- Permanent/present address
- Emergency contact details
- Photographs

Editable Details During the Correction Window

Candidates will be allowed to edit specific fields. These include:

Personal Details

- Name
- Mother’s name
- Father’s name

Academic Details

- Class 10/equivalent information
- Class 12/equivalent information

Other Editable Information

- PAN number
- Date of birth
- Gender
- Category
- Sub-category
- PwD status
- Signature

Moreover, candidates can also make changes to:

- Paper selection
- Medium of examination
- Exam city preferences

Important Advice for Candidates

Candidates must ensure accuracy in the fields that cannot be changed later. To avoid last-minute issues, it is recommended to complete the registration process well before the deadline.

JEE Main 2025: Here's How To Apply

Step 1: Go to the official website-- jeemain.nta.nic.in

Step 2: Click on the link “Online Application Form for JEE (Main) – 2025 Session-1" on the homepage

Step 3: Click on the registration tab and candidates will have to register with the required details

Step 4: Now log in and fill out the application form

Step 5: Upload the required documents and pay the application fee
