JE Education Desk: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) is going to start the NEET UG Counselling 2023 round 1 today, July 20. To register themselves for this counselling, candidates have to visit the official website of MCC at mcc.nic.in. The last date for this registration is July 25 till 12 pm.
Candidates will get their seats as per their choices filled, NEET 2023 rank, seat availability and reservation. The access for filling the choices and locking them will be from July 22 to July 26 and the committee will proceed with the process of the seat allotment from July 27 to July 28. However, candidates from Jammu and Kashmir can also participate in all India NEET counselling.
Based on the NEET results, MCC is conducting NEET counselling 2023 for 15% of the All India Quota (AIQ) seats in government colleges and 100% of the deemed, central universities, Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC), Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER), and BSc Nursing programs.
MCC NEET UG Counselling 2023: Here's How To Fill Choices
To fill the choices for the NEET UG counselling 2023, candidates have to follow the steps given below.
Step 1: Log in to the official website of MCC at mcc.nic.in, using the registration credentials.
Step 2: Now, go to the choice filling section and go through the list of colleges and courses available.
Step 3: After this, candidates have to select the college and programme of preferred choices.
Step 4: Once the candidates selected their choices, save and lock them.
Step 5: Download the confirmation page.
Step 6: Take a printout of the filled choices for further reference.
