MPPSC 2023 Success Story: They say success lies not just in reaching the goal, but in overcoming limitations. The top six successful candidates of MPPSC 2023 have proven this to be true. Despite already holding government positions, these candidates, Ajit Kumar Mishra, Bhuvnesh Chauhan, Yashpal Swarnkar, Abhishek Jain, Anurag Gurjar, and Priya Agarwal, overcame their weaknesses, maintained their work-life balance, and achieved what many only dream of: the prestigious position of Deputy Collector. Ajit Kumar Mishra: The Consistent Performer
Ajit Kumar Mishra, who topped MPPSC 2023 with 966 marks, hails from Panna district. Serving as Naib Tehsildar in Maihar, he demonstrated how continuous effort and focus can lead to the pinnacle of state civil services. His achievement inspires every aspirant juggling between job and preparation.
Bhuvnesh Chauhan: The Officer Who Never Gave Up
Ranked 2nd with 941.75 marks, Bhuvnesh Chauhan from Guglabada (Raisen) proved that dedication can rewrite destiny. Already serving as a DSP since 2021, he continued his preparation with discipline and has now achieved his dream of becoming a Deputy Collector.
Yashpal Swarnkar – The Officer With a Vision
Securing 3rd rank with 909 marks, Yashpal Swarnkar from Sagar had earlier been selected as a GST Inspector in 2022. His journey shows that one must not settle for less when aiming higher. His balanced approach towards work and study became his key strength.
Abhishek Jain – The Multi-Achiever
From Damoh, Abhishek Jain secured 4th rank with 889.25 marks. Already experienced in various government roles like DSP, Janpad CEO, and Finance Department Officer, he proved that persistence and learning from past experiences pave the way to ultimate success.
Anurag Gurjar – The Determined Achiever
With 888.25 marks, Anurag Gurjar from Gwalior stood 5th. Working in the Income Tax Department, he balanced his professional duties with exam preparation. His disciplined routine and strong mindset helped him realize his long-cherished goal.
Priya Agrawal: The Inspiring Woman Topper
Priya Agrawal, the female topper of MPPSC 2023, secured 6th rank with 885 marks. Belonging to Bir Singhpur (Satna) and working as a Labour Officer in Rewa, she broke barriers and emerged as a symbol of women empowerment and perseverance.

All six toppers share one trait i.e. unwavering determination. Their stories reaffirm that with consistency, time management, and a positive mindset, success is inevitable, no matter how busy life gets. These officers are living proof that dreams come true for those who never stop striving.
