MCC NEET UG Counselling 2026: After the declaration of the NEET UG result 2026 on July 16, 2026, the focus of candidates has shifted from the entrance examination to the admission process. The NEET UG counselling will be held separately under the MCC and State Council Authorities. It is expected that the Medical Counselling Committee will soon release the complete counselling schedule on the official website at mcc.nic.in. Eligible candidates will be required to complete their online registration, choice filling process, payment, and document verification within the prescribed timeframe to confirm their seats. Through counselling, seats will be allotted to UG medical courses under the 15% All India Quota (AIQ) and seats in Central Universities, Deemed Universities, AIIMS, JIPMER, ESIC, and AFMS institutions.

NEET Counselling Will Be Held Separately
NEET UG counselling is a centralized process mandatory for admission to medical and dental colleges based on NEET score, All India Rank (AIR), reservation category, seat availability, and college preferences.
The counselling will be held separately for:
15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC).
85% of State Quota seats by the respective State Counselling Authorities.
