NEET PG Counselling Round 3: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will close the registration period for the third round of NEET PG counselling 2023, Today at 12 noon on the official website of MCC at mcc.nic.in. Up until 11:59 PM today, eligible candidates can select their favourite universities and programs and lock them. On September 28, the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) Postgraduate Round 3 Counseling Seat Results will be released.

Candidates who received seats in the third round of NEET PG 2023 counselling must report to the designated universities between September 29 and October 6, after which the round for open seats will start.

Students seeking admission to 50% of seats under the all-India quota (AIQ) and 100% of seats in deemed and central universities as well as ESIC institutes must participate in the NEET PG 2023 counselling. After the second round of NEET PG counselling, MCC also conducts an additional mop-up round for 100% of the seats in deemed and central universities.

NEET PG Counselling Round 3: Security Deposit

Unreserved students enrolling for AIQ seats and in central universities must also submit a 25,000 rupee security deposit in addition to a non-refundable registration cost of Rs. 1000. The registration fee for candidates who fall under the SC, ST, OBC, and PwD categories is Rs. 500, and they must deposit Rs. 10,000 as security. The registration cost is Rs. 5,000, and the security deposit is Rs. 2,00,000, for those applying to deemed universities.

Processing of seat allotment: October 12 to 13, 2023

Stray round result: October 14, 2023

NEET PG Counselling Round 3: How to do choice-filling

Step 1: Visit the official website of MCC at mcc.nic.in.

Step 2: Now, candidates have to log in themselves using stream (medical/dental), roll number and password.

Step 3: Start filling in the choices of course and college for NEET PG seat allotment.

Step 4: To add a new choice click on the ‘+’ button, and to rearrange the order of any choice, drag it to the preferred position.

Step 5: Once candidates are satisfied with their choices filled, click on ‘save and next’ to lock the choices.

Step 6: If a candidate forgets to lock the choices filled, they will be automatically locked.

Step 7: Download the page and take a printout of the filled choices for future reference.
