JKBOSE Class 10 Date Sheet 2026: The Jammu and Kashmir State Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has announced the Class 10th exam timetable for the winter zone. The exams scheduled in October-November 2026 cover Kashmir Division, winter zone areas of the Jammu Division, and the Union Territory of Ladakh. According to the official timetable, the exams will be conducted from October 19 to November 18, 2026. The papers will start at 11 AM on the scheduled exam dates. Subsequently, admit cards will be available a few days before the exam. Students need to collect them from their respective schools, duly signed by the principal.

Vocational And Additional Subjects Also Included In Schedule

The exam schedule also lists several vocational and optional subjects. The exam will start on November 9, 2026, for additional subjects. Arabic, Kashmiri, Dogri, Bhoti, Punjabi, Urdu, Hindi, Persia are among the optional subjects. 

Health Care/Tourism and Hospitality/IT & ITES/ Retail/Security/ Agriculture/ Telecommunication/Media and and Entertainment, etc.,  come under the vocational category. For these papers, the exam will commence on November 11, 2026. 

How To Prepare For JKBOSE Class 10 Winter Zone Exam 2026?

1. Go through the syllabus thoroughly and segregate sections as per your weekly targets.

2. Follow the NCERT textbooks or other recommended resources to cover topics comprehensively. 

3. Write down important formulas, definitions, and theorems in a separate notebook for fast daily review.

4. Identify and prioritize high-scoring topics first, especially in Mathematics and Science.

5. Solve previous years' question papers to understand the exam pattern and improve your writing speed.
