NEET PG Answer Key 2026: The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) is expected to release the provisional answer key for the NEET PG exam 22026. Along with it, candidates’ response sheets will also be available at natboard.edu.in. Once released, candidates can log in to the official NBEMS website at natboard.edu.in and download the PDFs. Using these, applicants can calculate their raw marks before the final result declaration. The exam was held on August 30 across 339 cities, covering all 36 states and Union Territories.
Steps To Download NEET PG Provisional Answer Key 2026
Once the official link becomes active, candidates can download the PDFs using the following steps:
Step 1: Go to the official NBEMS website at natboard.edu.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, select the NEET PG 2026 exam.
Step 3: Click on the answer key and response sheet download link.
Step 4: You will be redirected to the login window. Enter your application number and password to access the candidate login portal.
Step 5: The answer key PDF and response sheet will be displayed on the screen.
Step 6: Download them and compare the responses.
How To Calculate Marks Using NEET PG Provisional Answer Key 2026?
Candidates can download the answer key and use the official marking scheme to calculate their probable marks.
1. For each correct answer, +4 marks will be awarded.
2. There will be a negative marking of -1 for incorrect answers.
3. Total marks = (Number of Correct Answers × 4) − (Number of Incorrect Answers × 1)
NEET PG 2026 Result Expected By September 30
The NBEMS is expected to release the NEET PG result 2026 by September 30, 2026. Candidates will be able to download their scorecard from the official NBEMS website after the result declaration. The scorecard will have key details such as the candidate's marks, rank, and qualifying status. Qualified candidates will then be invited to the counselling process for postgraduate medical admissions.
