OPSC Assistant Professor Recruitment 2024: The application process for the recruitment of Assistant Professor positions across various disciplines has been launched by the Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC). The application must be completed by April 16th. Through the official website, opsc.gov.in, qualified candidates can finish the registration process for the position of Assistant Professor at OPSC.
The goal of the OPSC hiring campaign is to occupy 385 Assistant Professor positions across a range of subject areas within the Odisha Education Service Branch. The official notification states that there is no application cost for candidates from any category to register for the OPSC Assistant Professor form.
Candidates who are chosen will be paid Rs 1,31,400, with a grade pay of Rs 9000. In addition to their pay, Assistant Professors at OPSC are eligible for many bonuses and benefits, such as house rent reimbursement, medical reimbursement, travel reimbursement, gratuity, and dearness allowance.
OPSC Assistant Professor Recruitment 2024: Eligible Criteria
The requirements for eligibility for the OPSC Assistant Professor exam are listed below for candidates.
Age limit: As of April 16, 2024, the candidate must be between the ages of 21 and 45. Candidates in the reserved category are eligible for upper age limit relaxations.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must hold an equivalent degree from a foreign institution or an Indian university with a master's degree in the relevant topic at least 55% of the time.
To be considered for an Assistant Professor (Stage 1) position, candidates must have passed the National Eligibility Test (NET) or earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the relevant field.
