NEET UG 2024 Registrations:  The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conclude the registration process for the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test for Undergraduates (NEET UG 2024) by March 16. Candidates who have not registered yet can apply online at exams.nta.ac.in or neet.nta.nic.in.

According to media reports, till March 9, 2024, over 25 lakh candidates have been registered. In the last year, over 20.87 lakh candidates registered for the NEET entrance test. The states with the most NEET 2024 applications are Rajasthan, Maharashtra, and Uttar Pradesh, according to NTA Director General Subodh Kumar Singh.

More than 12 lakh female candidates have registered for the NEET 2024 exam so far, while close to 10 lakh male candidates have submitted their applications. The Director-General of the National Testing Agency (NTA) also highlighted that Delhi ranks as the most preferred exam city among candidates. Among the choices, approximately 65,809 candidates have selected Delhi as their primary preference, with Patna and Jaipur following closely as the second and third preferred cities.

Candidates in the general category must pay a registration fee of Rs 1700 for NEET, while those in the EWS and OBC categories are required to pay Rs 1600. Moreover, applicants falling under the SC, ST, PwD, and third gender categories will need to pay Rs 1000 for the registration process.

Step 1: Go to the official website-- exams.nta.ac.in or neet.nta.nic.in.

Step 2: Click on the apply link of NEET UG 2024

Step 3: Now candidates will have to login with their required details

Step 4: Register and fill out the application form

Step 5: Upload the required documents and pay the application fees
