The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) on Friday released the class 8th result 2023. Students who took the class 8 board exams across the state can check their scores at– pseb.ac.in.

The Punjab board class 8 Exam 2023 was conducted from February 5, 2023, to March 22, 2023. Along with PSEB class 8 results, the board will also release the pass percentage, marks secured by the students, overall marks, subject-wise marks, toppers name, and other important details. over 3 lakh students have registered for the PSEB class 8 exam this year. Apart from the official website, students and parents can also check class 8 results at indiaresults.com.

In order to pass the PSEB class 8 exam students have to score a minimum of 33 per cent marks in each subject. Students who fail to secure passing marks in more than two subjects will have to repeat the class.

PSEB Class 8th Result 2023: Pass Percentage

Girls pass percentage: 98.68 percent

Boys pass percentage: 97.41 percent

According to the previous year's data, the PSEB class 8 pass percentage stood at 98.25 percent. The boy's pass percentage was recorded at 97.86 percent while the Girl's pass percentage stood at 98.70 percent. In 2022, as many as 3,07,942 students registered for the exam, and out of this 3,02,558 passed the class 8 exam. The exam was held between April 7 to 28, 2022.

Step 1: Go to the official website– pseb.ac.in.

Step 2: Click on the link class 8 result on the homepage

Step 3: Now a new paged will appear on the screen

Step 4: Candidates have to enter the required details and click on the submit button

Step 5: PSEB class 8 will be displayed on the screen

Note: Download the class 8 results and take a printout for future reference
