RTE Admission Rajasthan Result 2026-27: The Rajasthan Education Department (RED) released the RTE Admission Lottery 2026-27 today, March 12, 2026. 6.34 lakh applications were received for seats in private schools, and the lottery results will determine which children will receive free admission under the Right to Education (RTE) Act.
The application window for RTE admissions was open from February 20 to March 4, 2026. Parents were given the option to select up to five schools within their catchment area, i.e., village, ward, or gram panchayat. based on their preferences. It's worth noting that the results of a state-level online lottery are released annually for admission to the 25 per cent reserved seats in private schools under the Right to Education (RTE).
RTE Admission Rajasthan Result OUT: Steps To Check
Parents can check their students' results from home using their mobile or computer. You can check the lottery results by following the steps below.
Step 1: Visit the RTE Rajasthan Private School portal at rajpsp.nic.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, click “School Admission Status” or “Centralised Lottery Result-School Wise.”
Step 3: Select the “By School Location” option & select your district, block, and school name, or enter your application ID directly.
Step 4: A Result Priority List of the schools you selected will appear on the screen. You can see your child's priority order in it.

RTE Admission Rajasthan Result OUT: What happens After lottery?
Being selected in the lottery is a major step, but it does not guarantee automatic admission. Parents whose children are selected must complete the following formalities to secure a seat:
- Candidates must report to their allotted school in person within the stipulated deadline. The reporting window for the first round of allotment is expected to be from March 13 to March 21, 2026.
- During reporting, schools will thoroughly verify original documents. These include an income certificate (less than Rs 2.5 lakh), a domicile certificate, a caste certificate (if applicable), a birth certificate (proof of age), and a BPL card (if applicable).
- Only after document verification will the school confirm admission on the portal and grant admission to the child.
If selected, remember that early reporting and correct documentation are the keys to converting lottery success into a confirmed seat for the academic session 2026-27.
Rajasthan RTE Session 2026-27: Priority Ranking for Children for Admission Under RTE
1. Through this program, the priority ranking for Children for admission under RTE, determined by a centralised online lottery, can be viewed.
2. Only those children who have applied online and are eligible are included in the priority ranking selection.
3. Eligible children have been assigned priority ranking, and the reasons for ineligible children have been explained.
4. After the lottery, it is mandatory to complete the prescribed format and report to the desired school by March 16, 2026. For any other questions, contact the relevant school or the Help Center.
