SSC Constable GD 2024 Re-exam: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released a notification regarding re-examination for constable positions. SSC administered the Computer Based Exam for Constable (GD) in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFS), SSF, and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles Examination from February 20th to March 7th, 2024. However, due to venue-specific technical issues, the commission has opted to conduct the exam again. Candidates can check the SSC Constable GD 2024 re-exam notification at ssc.gov.in.

"The Computer Based Exam for Constable (GD) in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFS), SSF and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles Examination, 2024 was conducted by the Commission from 20.02.2024 to 07.03.2024. However, due to the venue specific technical reasons noticed in the review of aforesaid examination, a need has been felt to hold re-examination of candidates of the certain venues/dates/shifts," reads the notification.

According to the notification, the decision to conduct a re-examination for candidates from specific venues, dates, and shifts was made following the identification of venue-specific technical issues during the examination review process.

The Commission has scheduled the re-examination for March 30, 2023, for candidates who took the examination on the specified dates, venues, or shifts mentioned in the official notice's Annexure. Candidates must check the official SSC notification for more details.

Candidates must note that only those who participated in the earlier computer-based exam will be allowed to take part in the re-examination. Those who qualify for the computer-based examination will be eligible to participate in the next rounds such as the Physical Standard Test (PST), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Medical Examination, and Document Verification. This recruitment drive will fill up a total of 26,146 vacant seats across various organisations.
