Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission 2024: The Directorate of Technical Education (DoTE) has released the preliminary allotment results for 7.5% of government school differently abled, sports, and ex-serviceman students in the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA 2024). Applicants have been urged to log in using the generated credentials to confirm their TNEA admission allotment by 5 p.m. today.

The tentative allotment for special category applicants has been announced on the official website, tneaonline.org. The 7.5% preference seats for government school pupils who have attended Tamil Nadu government schools from Class 6 to 12 would apply to all categories of reservation, including the general category, according to the information booklet.

It stated that applicants seeking admission to seats under special reservation categories are also eligible for admission through general counselling. The Directorate has also created the government academic seat matrix ahead of the special reservation counselling session.

Only Tamil Nadu native applicants are qualified for special reservations. This is the quota for special reservation categories.

How to download and check the TNEA allotment results 2024?

To download the TNEA tentative seat allotment 2024, applicants have to follow the mentioned below steps:-

Step 1: Visit the official website of TNEA at tneaonline.org.

Step 2: On the top right corner, click on the "Login" button.

Step 3: After this, enter the email address and password.

Step 4: Now, the TNEA tentative allotment result will appear on the screen.

Step 5: Download the TNEA tentative allotment result and take a printout of the same for further reference.
