TANCET 2024 Result: Score normalisation

Applicants who took the TANCET and CEETA-PG exams will be notified of their actual marks and percentile scores at the time the results are published. However, to prevent projecting negative scores, the final scorecard simply includes the percentile score. The percentile score is computed using a certain formula:

Percentile score =(Y/N)* 100.

In the presented formula, Y indicates the number of students who scored lower than the applicant in the examination, and N is the total number of students who took the exam.
