Tripura NEET UG 2024 Counselling: The Directorate of Medical Education (DME) Tripura will start the registration process for the Tripura NEET UG 2024 today, August 19, 2024. Eligible candidates will be able to do Counselling registration at dmeonline.tripura.gov.in.
“All the intending eligible NEET UG 2024 state domicile candidates and All India candidates Other than Tripura domicile are invited to participate in the Round 1 of Tripura State NEET UG 2024 Counselling for selection to MBBS/BDS/BHMS/BAMS/BASLP courses, which will start from August 19 at 10 am,” reads the notification.
Counseling registration will close on August 20, with the payment window remaining open until 3 am on August 21. The merit list will be published on August 23, and the choice-filling window will be available from August 23 at 3 pm until August 27 at 12 pm.
The allotment result will be announced on August 29. Students will have from August 30 to August 31 to collect their nomination from the DME office. Physical verification of original documents, along with other admission formalities and final admission at the allotted institutions, will take place from August 30 until 5 pm on September 5.
The applicant must be an Indian citizen and a permanent resident of Tripura. The applicant or their parents must have resided in Tripura continuously for at least 10 years immediately before applying to appear for NEET UG. Moreover, the applicant should not have applied for domicile status in any state other than Tripura, as per the NEET brochure.
