TG LAWCET ( Telangana State Law Common Entrance Test) and TG PGLCET (Telangana State Post Graduate Law Common Entrance Test (TG PGLCET) 2026 are state-level entrance exams for law courses in Telangana. Osmania University, Hyderabad, conducts them on behalf of the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE).

These exams help students gain admission to undergraduate and postgraduate law programs. Registration for TG LAWCET and PGLCET 2026 begins today, February 10, 2026, at lawcet.tgche.ac.in. Anyone interested in pursuing an LLB, BA LLB, or LLM course should apply before the deadline. The application fee can be paid online through debit card, credit card, or net banking.

A correction window will be provided after the registration period. During this time, candidates can edit specific details in their application form. Eligibility Criteria For LLB And LLM Courses: 

- The 5-Year LLB Course: candidates should have passed Class 12 or equivalent from a recognised board. And for the 3-year LLB course, candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university.

For LLM admission through TG PGLCET, candidates must have completed an LLB degree from a recognised university.

- Minimum qualifying marks vary by category as per state norms. Relaxation in marks is provided for reserved categories. There is no upper age limit for appearing in TG LAWCET as per the notification.

Follow these steps to apply for TG LAWCET & PGLCET 2026:

Step 1: Go to lawcet.tgche.ac.in.

Step 2: Click on “Apply Online” for TG LAWCET or PGLCET.

Step 3: Fill in all personal and academic details carefully.

Step 4: Upload scanned documents as asked.

Step 5: Pay the fee online using card or net banking.

Step 6: Submit and download the confirmation page.

Applicants should ensure all details are correct before final submission, as corrections may be limited after the closing date.
